RadianTrust, and partner Vaughan International, joined hands to promote Project Eco-Office at the Singapore Gifts & Stationery Show 2008. Project Eco-Office, a joint initiative between Singapore Environment Council (SEC) and City Developments Limited (CDL), aims to bring the environmental message to offices in Singapore by incorporating environmental practices into the daily lives of office workers and to ensure that the environmental alternatives are easy, convenient and cost-effective for office staff to implement.

Innovation in the financial services industry continues at a breakneck pace, and institutions are pulling out all stops to put these breakthroughs to rev up their bottom lines. According to a financial market research, the global spending on IT products and services will grow to US$386.7 billion by 2009. FSI World Congress is an initiative to address the latest and upcoming trends in financial service industry, to discuss what is hot and what the latest on the horizon is. This event will equip financial professionals to develop and leapfrog usage and level of connect that they can build with their customers and build technology into a strategic business partner.
RadianTrust participated in FSI World Congress 2008, and showcased Phidélity's latest feature, ID-Trace, that covertly embeds user information into printed documents, providing accountability for sensitive documents and enabling tracking of unauthorised information leakage. RadianTrust also announced its joint collaboration with Elixir Technology, the two companies coming together to integrate two award-winning products into one seamless end-to-end solution. Users can now use Elixir Repertoire Integrated Business Intelligence Suite with RadianTrust Phidélity secure printing options to embed anti-forgery, anti-counterfeit and accountability features into the final printed document.
With these security features in place, unauthorised leakage can be easily tracked and trace, and illegal duplication and tampering of business intelligence reports can also be detected.

RadianTrust participated in the 17th GovernmentWare 2008 Conference & Exhibition to share with like-minded industry leaders its cutting edge technologies and products; and to seek possible collaborations with strategic partners. Mr Tang Weng Sing, General Manager of RadianTrust, spoke on two key topics relating to Infrastructure Protection and Mobile Security: “Data leakage protection is not confined to digital but also physical form” and “An Alternative 2FA - Authentication is Just a Snap”. He also addressed key advancements in important security issues such as digital rights management, cryptography and biometrics, national and critical information infrastructure protection and mobile technology, etc.
GovernmentWare 2008 Conference & Exhibition, themed “Positive Security - Empowering Business Models of the Future”, was organised by the Ministry of Home Affairs, supported by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and Civil Service College.
12th Annual Infocomm Commerce Conference
RadianTrust participated in the 12th Annual Infocomm Commerce Conference under the Singapore Pavilion organized by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). The conference theme “Expand your business through collaboration and innovation” provides a platform for RadianTrust to reach out to the local enterprises to raise awareness of its award-winning optical document security solution, Phidélity.
IE Singapore Financial Services ICT Mission 2008

RadianTrust was invited to participate in the IE Singapore-organised trip to Bangkok where Singapore Infocomm Technology (ICT) companies could increase mindshare and uncover business opportunities in the Thai Financial Services Industry. RadianTrust’s General Manager, Tang Weng Sing met up with senior management / CIOs / IT Heads of banks in Thailand and the dominant vendors serving these banks. Some of these were the Thai Board of Investment (ICT Team) and Software Industry Promotion Agency, Bangkok Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Bank of Thailand and UOB Bank. The mission was a success as RadianTrust was able to impress these organisations with its low-cost and highly effective optical document security solution.
AusCERT Asia Pacific IT Security Conference 2008

AusCERT2008 is an international conference focussing on IT security for CFOs, CIOs, CTOs and technical staff from government agencies, universities and the relevant industries. AusCERT is recognised throughout the world for its computer security expertise; its work is to raise awareness of computer security issues and its strong focus is on the Asia-Pacific region. RadianTrust’s partner, ICT Security, had invited the company to participate in the exhibition. This was to provide strong support to IC in marketing Phidélity, RadianTrust’s award-winning optical document security solution. The booth attracted many international delegates, with many showing keen interest in the product.
GCIO Luncheon

The Singapore Enterprise Chapter (SEC) of SITF held its annual GCIO Luncheon in conjunction with the IDA Annual Industry Briefing on “Business Opportunities in Infocomm for the Public Sector”. At least 50 Government CIOs and other relevant government representatives from key ministries such as MINDEF, MICA and MINLAW attended the luncheon. This provided an excellent opportunity for RadianTrust management to strengthen tries with key influencers in its businesses, forging new roadmaps for future collaboration. RadianTrust gave a presentation on its award-winning products and technologies and was also able to provide first-hand demonstration via a booth at the event.

The 5th annual RFID World Asia 2008 is the region’s only international showcase of the latest RFID technologies and applications. It attracted more than 5,000 decision makers from across multiple vertical industries such as Asia Pacific’s government, transport, retail, healthcare, hospitality and other major corporations. RadianTrust lent support to its partner, SATO International, a pioneer in the Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) industry and a leader in barcode printing, labelling, and Electronic Product Code/Radio Frequency Identification (EPC/RFID) solutions – in jointly marketing an anti-counterfeit labelling solution through a unique blend of thermal printer and optical watermarking technologies. The anti-counterfeit labelling solution complements the EPC/RFID tagging of products by adding an additional layer of security. By ensuring that the watermark on the label changes upon copying, customs officials and other relevant parties who need to verify the authenticity of products can determine if the labels are copies. RadianTrust’s optical watermarking technology makes it difficult for counterfeiters to illegally repackage original brand name items, thus making counterfeits easier to detect.
